Eftal Efeçınar

Eftal Efecinar is a climate innovation and sustainability strategist working at the intersection of climate action, decarbonization, artificial intelligence, and international collaboration. With over 15 years of experience across Europe, Türkiye, and the GCC region, she focuses on accelerating the transition to low-carbon, climate-resilient economies by connecting technology, policy, finance, and implementation ecosystems.

She is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Next Generation GCC, a platform supporting governments, corporations, and innovation ecosystems in advancing sustainability strategies, climate technology adoption, and cross-border partnerships. Her work spans climate policy alignment, ecosystem building, and designing collaborative initiatives that bring together public institutions, investors, corporates, and startups to scale climate solutions.

In parallel, she leads strategic partnerships and ecosystem engagement for Coral, an AI-native climate technology platform that enables organizations to automate carbon emissions management, ESG reporting, and decarbonization planning. Through this work, she supports organizations in building data-driven sustainability infrastructures that improve transparency, regulatory alignment, and climate action implementation.

Throughout her career, she has actively participated in international climate and innovation initiatives, contributing to multi-stakeholder programs, climate-tech ecosystems, and capacity-building efforts that empower organizations to translate climate commitments into measurable outcomes. Her work focuses particularly on how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure, enable scalable climate solutions.
