Büşra Yoldaş is an environmental engineer, entrepreneur, and researcher specializing in sustainability, ESG strategies, and corporate transformation. She is the founder of ETERNA Sustainability, where she provides consultancy and training in sustainability strategy development, ESG compliance, carbon and water footprint management, sustainability reporting, and corporate transformation. Through data-driven systems that measure and improve sustainability performance, she helps organizations create long-term value and build more resilient, future-ready structures.
As part of her entrepreneurial vision, Büşra Yoldaş launched Türkiye’s first social impact-oriented internship program in sustainability. Designed to move beyond conventional internship models, the program enables university students to take active roles in real sustainability projects, supports them in building careers in the field, and creates an ecosystem that contributes to companies’ transformation journeys. A distinctive feature of the program is that each intern must complete two social impact projects before graduation, generating both tangible career opportunities and meaningful social impact aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
Before founding ETERNA, she served as Sustainability and Industrial Relations Manager at GÜLİPEK Kumaş ve İplik San. ve Tic. A.Ş., where she led sustainability strategy development, corporate risk analyses, ESG processes, digital infrastructure building, and “twin transformation” initiatives integrating green and digital transformation. She continues her work by building bridges between academia, business, and society through university talks, writing for platforms such as Kadın ve Ekonomi, Yazıyoo, collaboration with various associations, and mentoring young people. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Atatürk University, a master’s degree from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, and is currently pursuing her PhD in sustainability and social impact at Dublin University, focusing on sustainable development, corporate transformation, and social impact-driven business models.
