Başar Yılmaz serves as Deputy General Manager at Chint Green Energy Türkiye. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences in 2006 and began his professional career at Garanti Bank as a Management Trainee (MT). Following his experience in the banking sector between June 2007 and November 2009, he joined DenizBank in July 2010, where he served as Branch Manager for the Europe and Thrace Regions. During this period, he achieved significant success in financial management, regional strategy development, and customer portfolio growth.
As of April 2023, Başar Yılmaz joined Chint Green Energy Türkiye, where he currently serves as Deputy General Manager. With over 15 years of experience in energy investments, Yılmaz has played an active role in the development of the solar energy sector in Türkiye, gaining extensive expertise in investment planning, technical engineering coordination, sales management, and processes carried out with public authorities.
