Aynur Mahmudova is a Chartered Energy Engineer with over a decade of experience leading ship electrical installation, upgrade, and maintenance projects. Currently serving as a Technical Manager at Saipem, she brings deep expertise in power systems, automation, and renewable energy technologies, with a research focus on hybrid microgrids. Aynur has presented her work internationally and actively contributes to engineering communities, including IEEE, EI, and WIRE. She holds MSc and BSc degrees in Electrical Engineering and is a recognized mentor, dedicated to advancing the role of women in sustainable energy solutions.
