Feride Duygu Bahadır

Feride Duygu Bahadır is a senior quality systems professional with more than 18 years of cross-sector experience spanning renewable energy, automotive, advanced manufacturing, and electric industries. She has built a distinguished career leading the development and integration of robust management systems that enhance operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable performance.

She represented Türkiye in the prestigious International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) under the theme of sustainable cities. As part of this program, she engaged with local and state-level officials across five U.S. states, gaining direct insight into policy frameworks, governance models, and best practices in sustainability and urban development.

Feride possesses comprehensive expertise in the design, implementation, auditing, and integration of international management systems, including ISO 50001 (Energy Management), ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 17025 (Laboratory Management), and AS 9100 (Aviation, Space, and Defense). Her work focuses on aligning strategic objectives with measurable performance outcomes through system-driven transformation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and serves on the Award Executive Committee of the Turkish Society for Quality (KalDer). In addition, she has contributed as a juror for the Innovation in Politics Awards, an international initiative established in 2017 by The Innovation in Politics Institute and operated by ECoD gemeinnützige GmbH (ECoD NPO).
