Adem Özdemir is a sustainability and energy management executive with over 17 years of professional experience in engineering, project management, sustainability and strategic advisory roles. Throughout his career, he has supported the private sector’s green transition by providing integrated technical and managerial guidance aligned with climate and energy policies.
As of 2026, he serves as Managing Director of Sustainvis ESG Consulting & Energy, a firm he founded to support organizations in navigating sustainability-driven transformation. His expertise spans energy efficiency, renewable energy investments, decarbonization strategies, and carbon footprint assessments, with a particular focus on end-to-end ESG strategy development and implementation.
Holding Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Chemical Engineering, as well as a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science in Energy Systems Engineering (MSc), Adem Özdemir continues to lead and contribute to sustainability transformation projects supporting Türkiye’s energy security and climate change mitigation goals.
