Dolunay Güçlüer Küpeli

Dolunay Güçlüer Küpeli is a renewable energy professional with over 15 years of experience in wind and solar project development, feasibility assessment, and energy projects planning. Her background combines engineering, GIS-based spatial analysis, and market-oriented project development. She has worked with international investor-backed energy companies, including Borusan EnBW Energy, contributing to large-scale renewable energy projects, investment-grade feasibility studies, yield assessments, and regulatory processes.

She has been actively involved in EU-funded initiatives, including Horizon Europe and IPA programmes, and has collaborated with international institutions such as GIZ, RENAC, and CPVA, contributing to technical work packages, proposal development, capacity-building activities, and the strategic alignment of R&D outputs with market needs.

She currently serves as Founder of Alarga Renewable Energy, a renewable energy consultancy that also develops software solutions for data-driven project analysis and decision support in emerging energy markets. She is also Vice President of the Turkish Offshore Wind Energy Association (DÜRED), the leading industry body supporting the development and strategic positioning of the offshore wind sector in Türkiye. In addition, she has completed an MBA program focused on strategic management, finance, and data-driven decision making. She is a PhD candidate in Geomatics Engineering at ITU (Istanbul Technical University), focusing on offshore wind energy systems, energy islands, and spatial planning.
