Attorney Çiğdem Dilek graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law. She received education in European Union Law at the London School of Economics in London and completed her Master’s degree in Economic Law at Başkent University.
She continues her practice primarily in energy and environmental law, as well as corporate law, capital markets and banking-finance law, and administrative law. Fluent in English, she has represented numerous domestic and international companies as well as public institutions throughout her career.
She is the Founding Chair of the Energy Law Commission of the Ankara Bar Association No. 1 and a Founding Board Member of the Ankara Bar Association No. 2. In addition, she is the Founding President of the Solar Energy Investors Association (GÜNDER) and currently serves as the Chair of the Ethics Committee of GÜNDER.
Between 2015 and 2021, she served as an Independent Board Member of Atakule Real Estate Investment Trust. She currently continues to serve as a Board Member of Naturel Yenilenebilir A.Ş., Margün Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Esenboğa Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., and Alfa Solar Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
She is the Founding Partner of CLA Partners Law Office and continues to practice law independently together with her legal team.
