Reyhan Nergis Öner is a sustainability and renewable energy professional with over 10 years of experience in renewable energy project development, ESG strategy, carbon markets and funded projects. She leads sustainability strategy initiatives focused on net-zero pathways, Scope 3 emissions reduction, stakeholder engagement, and ESG integration, and has strong expertise in wind energy project development, including technical and financial management, permitting processes and carbon markets.
Reyhan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Energy Technologies Management. In parallel, she takes an active role in civil society organizations, contributing to initiatives that promote gender equality, capacity building, and sustainable development. She actively contributes to mentorship, training programs, and knowledge-sharing platforms supporting the growth of sustainability and energy professionals.
